listen to deb talan's "the darkest season" CD version (not the live). "it's not quite winter, and it's not quite fall..." is such a powerful first line as it leads to more than just a thought on the changing of seasons.

studying for boards on the weekend is a drag. i'm distracted...but the weather is no excuse. today is rainy and dreary, perfect studying weather. blahhhhhhhhh.

i don't really want to go to the hospital today, but it's friday, almost the weekend, which i actually get to enjoy. plus, i don't start until late today. why should i complain? but who wants to be inside when it's 60 degrees in november? as i see patients, i'll be a little less involved today, staring out the window, thinking of sun and sky. not ( Read more... )
