I just asked you about this as a comment to your comment, but consider my comment answered with this post. That's really cool that you had that much of a weight loss in such a short time! I'm sure once you're back into the groove of school, you'll be able to stick this out even better!
Then again, when you eliminate the "crap" out of our diets, that helps a lot too! ;)
BTW, do you have any idea if sushi would be considered primal-ish? I was just thinking about that as I made a "California Roll in a Bowl" for dinner, which was basically lettuce & cucumber from the garden, a little bit of avocado, ginger, 3/4 cup cooked rice and imitation crab meat (b/c I'm cheap), topped with a bit of rice wine vinegar and a dash of soy sauce.
Sushi probably would be close to Primal. The only thing that wouldn't would be the rice itself. But that certainly sounds like a tasty meal (except for the Krab with a K... not a fan, but to each his own. It's still fish)
Itâs really a nice and helpful piece of information. Iâm glad that you shared this helpful info with us. Please keep us informed like this. Thanks for sharing.
