Or maybe she had an undetected heart defect, as young people who die suddenly often do. Some countries screen for them, Japan for example, but most don't because the tests are expensive. Thousands of teens and young adults are killed by heart disease every year.

i think it's still considered natural causes to die of cardiac arrest, if nothing "unnatural" caused the cardiac arrest.

I hear you. I doubt this was natural causes too. Especially considering her husband doesn't want an autopsy. But there is such a thing as Sudden Adult Death Syndrome - like the kids version but it does just cause people to drop dead. It happened to one of my mum's friends kids. So we may be pointing fingers unfairly. We'll see.

yeah, and i'm sure the years and years of people and stories about her being a heroin addict have nothing at all to do with her death. Even if she stopped doing heroin, she did at one point, and that can fuck with your heart.
