A Majestic Meal

The extended family always spends yuan xiao dinner at a restaurant together. This year it was at the Majestic Restaurant, and boy, was it good!

And I cannot help but wonder how much MORE wonderfuller it could have been if they hadn't had to serve 26 people at one go. This was outstanding though, I only thought twice that the food could have been a bit warmer: once during the foie gras course (because I like it chaud!) and during the fish course.

Ah well, what was I thinking?? :P There's no way I am more productive at home, especially in that state of uselessness. After 8 hours of sleep, the speech is rewritten and in much better state this morning. And I only had to come in a little earlier. :D

yes... a good night's sleep has for me proven to be the most successful tactic when it comes to completing a piece of work that's due/overdue.
