I love your style. You write just enough to create a scene, but somehow make your visuals pop at the same time. You have great insight into your characters without going overboard on too much exposition. That you know what they're thinking (what their motivation is, etc.) comes through, even when you don't spell it out for your readers. It what makes your stories good.

My only con/crit is I wish you would get your stories beta'd. You make little grammatical mistakes that would be so easily fixed if you'd only take the time. Things like "to" for "do" - really simple stuff that's easy to miss, but when someone's reading your story for the first time, they jump out. It ruins the flow of an otherwise awesome story.

Thank you commenting, and for the compliments. :)

I'm working on that! I actually have three people that beta read for me now... and if it's my Stargate fic you read, you can probably tell the difference. I'm trying to learn how to not be so impatient because it used to be all about getting something written and posted before I lost interest.

I love your use of words. Pretty standard feedback for a writer, I'm sure, but I particularly admire how concisely you write. It takes a lot of effort to write something in ten words instead of a hundred, but that effort always pays off. You almost always find the exactly perfect words and get right to the heart of your story and characters and readers alike. It's a very powerful way to write.

On more of the concrit side of things, I would love to see you try longer pieces. The short little oneoff stories are fantastic, but my cravings are never fully sated. Not very critical concrit, I know, but that's because I love your work so much and desperately wish I could write as well as you do.

The fact that you're an awesome writer is no secret to anyone. Your fic have that sort of dry humour that I just love and never get tired of. I also love how writing style is so neat. I know you have a thing for logic and all, but it's really nice to read something and be able to follow the process with going "what? how the fuck did we get here?", if you know what I mean? You always manage to make things work. Like, you take all the pieces from the puzzle and you make them fit all nicely together so that in the end you see the picture and not just the separate pieces anymore... Yeah, go ahead, you can totally mock my metaphor but it's true! You take ideas, random bits people throw at you, and you make sense out of it all. It never fails to amaze me.

Short version: I love your writing a lot.

I love the care that you take with your characterizations and that's what makes me love your writing most of all. You really put a lot of thought into what the characters do and say and think and feel and I can get lost in your stories just because that aspect of them is so strong. From a technical standpoint, you're a good writer, always organized (and I agree with the totally not anonmyous person above that you write very logically). I think the fact that you do take such care with the characterizations is what elevates your writing to something more.

The only complaint I have is that I wish you'd write more. :< Tho I will patiently wait. You're one of my favorite and most respected writers in fandom and I really love your work. ♥ (And I also fail at anon ;D)

You, are just plain awesome. I adore your simplistic, adorably clever way with words. You're probably one of the only cross-fandom writers I read, and ajsl;fk that's totally enough for me. &hearts

I love your writing. I always feel so satisfied after I've read one of your fics, and I never feel that you should have written more or less or included more of a certain something--you always hit everything right on the mark. Plus, your writing style is just so damn pretty. I envy the way you choose which words to use and how to use them.

I love your fics! You can take a premise that might turn sour in ordinary hands, but your characterization and care with the setting make it turn out amazing every time. Everything you write feels so fresh. ♥

You have a way with stringing words together that is simply gorgeous, imagry wise. Sometimes I find problems with your characterizations (but those are things that everyone interpret differently.) So I hope that you'll continue to write and improve. There's a nice layer of beauty to your writing that I very much enjoy.
