Today was the day of fallen-through plans. I expected to spend my last senior day running around having adventures, but all I did today was watch TV, play on the computer, and have a really awkward job interview with an Indian guy who called me a "youngster". Sweet.

Tomorrow, instead of going to 4th period, I'm job hunting. And since I hate driving ( Read more... )

Oooh, I have a friend who works at a hearing aid place, and she does secretarial stuff. Maybe that's all you'd need to do?

Oh my God... Hearing Aid Express?? That would be so cool. Every time someone asks what you do, you get to say, "I work at the Hearing Aid Express!" It makes excellent conversation.

And I could say it really really quietly, and they'd be like "What???" and I could yell "HEARING AID EXPRESS! YOU SHOULD COME BY SOMETIME, DEAFY!"

stein mart is the place to be. 75% of those working there aren't straight. i'm probably one of the most straightest people there, and that's saying a lot. my flagrantly gay manager, my other dyke manager, the one manager with a perpetual camel toe...the list goes on and on...
