This is twice now that a faux pas during a game of "Apples to Apples" has ruined my evening because people are hardcore assholes to me afterwards.

The green card that was up was "filthy". The card I played was "My bathroom" (not meaning anything -mean- by it). The hostess got defensive. One of the other women there started sniping at me kinda relentlessly the rest of the night.

That's a bit over-sensitive. And second lady is just mean. I mean, what's done is done.

My favorite Apples to Apples moment was when "touchy feely" was on the field and I played "Helen Keller."

To her credit, the hostess let it go pretty quickly.
The other woman, though, is the one I'm worried about dealing with.
