That is EXCITING. Having spoken to others who lived at Big Red (and having lived in a similar situation myself), it is a great phase of life to go through but once you're done, you're done. You're a more expanded person for it.

Definitely exciting! Don't forget to check out www.bidselect.com, the official site for HUD homes listings. A lot in Tennessee are slotted for disaster evacuees but they do have quite a few for everyone else.
