Either way, I was wondering if I did weekly (or monthly, fortnightly, whatever) challenges would that inspire some more activity?

I don't have a fic or anything, but I do have a fic rec. Evette (wickedprincess3) wrote a really wonderful Andrew/Anya called Scraping ByIt takes place during Season 7, and I really think that even if you don't see Andrew as even the least bit straight, this story will come off as plausible to you.
