Drug screens at work are such bullshit for exactly the reasons you mentioned. It in no way shows if you are incapacitated at work, it basically just allows them to judge your extra curricular drug use. I can't believe places still get away with doing this kinda thing.

I really think random drug testing, especially for drugs that attach to your fat cells and stay in your system long after the effects are gone, infringes on my personal rights and I know others have fought the system using the same logic.
