Apparently they went through my email and saw that I was applying at Nintendo and they didn't like that. I wonder if I should sue. You can't really get rid of someone for crap like that. At least, I don't think you can...

I say sue, quite honestly. You're quite allowed to seek more gainful employment. That and if its a personal email that they've accessed because you used it at work, they've opened another ENTIRE can of worms. (We're having bullshit type issues with the realtor at the duplex, she likes to show up with 10 min notice, so I understand the irritation.) It sucks ass that you got fired, but I have to say at least its now and not in a few months when every college kid comes home for the summer and looks for a job. I'm sure things will look up for you kiddo, they always do. :)
