I have been feeling really shitty lately. i have been eating like crazy. KILL ME!! ANYONE PLEASE i need to go back to eating 200 cal a day. Anyone please post some posative feedback.
Also, I used to do the 2-4-6-8-10 diet. It will keep your body from storing as much fat due to a sluggish metabolism. 200 cals the first day, 400 the secons, 600the third and so forth. Good luck and take a vitamin!

Eating healthy,(several small meals, say six) and exercise is a better way to lose weight.
If you want to lose weight, try the South Beach diet. You can get informayion on the internet if you don't want to buy the book.
