I have the same problem. I need to lose about 15 lbs. Every day I say I am going to start eating well and exercise. Almost every day I say"Tomorrow I'll try again" And I feel bad when I am eating and worse after eating.Then I feel guilty.

I know once I can get a handle on this. I will be able to lose the weight.(South Beach Diet) Why would you want your hip bones showing? It is not healthy to be so thin. No matter how much I lose weight, I still think I am fat. So what I would like to do is make eating healthy food an exercise an every day thing. Try not to be to hard on yourself. We are only human, therefore we are bound to have setbacks, and mistakes..
