You should be eating more calories. What can happen is that your body will store the calories as fat. The proper way to lose weight is to lessen your calorie intake but not too low. Exercise, lots of water, and the type of food you are eating, and how often you eat.(It is better to have let say six small meals than having three large meals.
When I was younger, I was on diets and calorie counting, to the point of that is all I thought about. I ended up feeling sick everytime I ate. Many years later, I was able to change things for the better. Please don't make the same mistake as me, you end up with so many problems later on in life. I am trying to lose some weight too. I gained some due to stress and christmas goodies.
I real good and health diet to try is the "South Beach Diet" If you don't want to buy the book you can look on the internet for the information. Good luck.
Thank you for the information. But if eat more than 400 cal a day i feel like a FAT COW. I just need to go back to my regular skinny self. And then maybe think about he "south beach diet". thank you for the health advice. I hope everything for you is going okay. take care

South Beach is great, but you have to eat on it. It worked wonders for me and now that Im in recovery I think its decent lifestyle to take back up, also look into the Hamptone Diet. Its supposed to be even better than South Beach!
