My Dorky Tax Poem

Just finished writing my final paper for Tax Accounting.  I decided to take some artistic liberty and changed the names in our fact pattern from "Taxpayer Corporation X" and "Locality Y" to "SeussCo" and "Whoville."

In case anyone doubted what a complete dork I am, I also wrote a summary of the paper in the style of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas
