Opening day of the ski season! WOOT!

I wasn't able to get out on the hill today... to freakin' busy... but tomorrow I need to go up to Sunspot Lodge on top of the mountain with our F&B Business Analyst to make sure everything’s working up there so I’ll be able to get at least one run in.

I’m now the Information Technology Operations Manager.

WOOT! WOOT!

Damn… it’s hard sitting here at my desk working looking out the window at all the fresh snow… the resort doesn’t open for a few days, but I could be skiing up at Berthoud Pass… I bet the snow is amazing up there right now.

We got about a foot of snow overnight… WOOT! WOOT! Bring it on! Fire up the lifts now… I’m ready to ski. 11 days until opening day.

I wasn’t able to attend Jeff’s memorial service yesterday because of work, but I heard from friends that it was good… a real celebration of his life. Apparently there was over 650 people there!
