Where did this week go?
Seriously, it was like Monday yesterday. I have achieved very little. Well, i did finish the first EIA assignment and the virginia woolf close reading but still! I want it to be Christmas now. Weekend
Well now. I've been reading for about two hours and I still haven't reached the end of Wuthering Heights. I'm not convinced I ever will, maybe that's the point. Lost
OOh. Just finished season two. ( I think it's ok to talk about it, it has been finished for weeks now) So what's that all about then? I did laugh when the bunker was exploding and everything was whooshing about their head's and Locke say's 'I was wrong'. Reading Week.
Reading week next week hurrah! I got the Virginia Woolf essay out of the way yesterday, so I don't have to think about that, although I do have to take it to the Academic Skills Centre who will tell me my punctuation is rubbish. I want to see this film and I don't care what anyone thinks. There was interest expressed when I mentioned going to see it tomorrow, but that was at the beginning of the week. Niice
Thank you to whoever vomited right outside the flat front door. That really made my morning. No really, it did. *shudders*. I know I recently shamed myself in Exeter high street, but that was through neccessity. If there had been an alternative, ie the river, my flat, a bush - I would've taken it. *sigh*. In other news.. Cheese
I've eaten a lot of cheese this weekend. But it was yummy and I don't care. Wenslydale (?) with cranberries - quite a revelation. So, on Saturday we went wine tasting at Vinopolis. It was good. We learnt how to gargle and use all of our tongue to taste. Although I did find myself quite giddy after 5 tastings but the absynth helped with that. We ( Read more... ) -
