Doom is not a technopath in either canon, or here in the City... However, he's also very smart, and super familiar with most forms of technology. As such, this post seems relevant. So, here goes.

For Seras go ahead and hack everything since she isn't that techinically inclined. However, for Boyd Langton I'll have to say...on a case by case basis? Since really I don't want to flat out say no because I don't want to miss the opportunity for some stalking from Doom.

For Agatha and The Pro, yes! For Toph, most likely, not that I think he'd want to. She and Lyra both use an encryption their old friend Ken gave them when they private things. It's good, but not as good as Stark or Ghost.

For Slipstream, no. Not unless he can read her specific dialect of Cybertronian. :3

Aziraphale does not know what filters are.

Erik's posts are generally hackable, but if it's anything super important he might go to a technopath for assistance in encrypting his shit.

And if it's even more important, it might just be communicated via pet telepath.

so basically he has total permission to hack the things that are probably mundane and totally disinteresting to him.
