Yesterday I only ate ONE thing. ONE fucking thing. My total caloric intake was approximately between 400 and 500 calories.

So how the fuck did I gain 0.5lbs?

I didn’t purge.

That’s the only thing that I can think of.

But still - consuming less than 600 calories in one day should have definitely caused me to lose weight, not gain it.

Us borderliners tend to do that. I'm really proud of you and so thankful that you told the bf about your purging. Eating little is not a good idea if you're trying to lose weight. It will slow your metabolism and may be the reason you gained instead of lost. I hope you don't mind when I talk to you like this because I seem to be doing it a lot. Of course I'm just trying to help but if it's getting annoying let me know. You should eat about 6 times a day but obviously small meals and not eat anything or very little at night. Try to make it balanced and drinking lots of cold water. <3

I don't mind it at all. Truly - I actually really appreciate honesty. I don't particularly enjoy people encouraging me to starve myself, although I do like the support in knowing that I'm not alone.

6 small meals seems utterly impossible to me. Consuming more than 600 calories makes me feel like a fatass.

UGH. I need to make a journal entry now so that I don't write too much in this comment.

But seriously, I really DO appreciate your feedback and I want you to continue to comment. It means a lot to me.
