Opening airspace with the opposite sex can be quite a difficult matter as many of you may know. It requires delicacy, a touch of class, timing, and instinct. So last weekend, I was happily embarking upon a trip to Tainan to visit my Uncle. Tainan is Taiwan's oldest city, the formed capital for both the Dutch and Japanese during their occupation periods. so its been a fairly interesting first week in Taiwan. From severe jetlag to now the largest typhoon in recent history, it appears as if my arrival has been heralded with a sense of destiny.
