I swear...working at Toys R' Us this year has really made me hate Christmas. Call me a Scrooge, if you will...but experiencing the last 2 months behind the customer service desk, dealing with people and answering phones made me realize how evil Christmas truely makes people. Christmas is not as special as it used to be for me

Trust me I know what you mean if I get one more person calling to use points for a hotel for christmas or New Years NEW YORK mind you I may scream like be prepared people. I know they are the same people who call same day on Valentines day for a JAcuzzi room and can*t fathom how I wouldn*t have any well maybe because the smart people called fucking WAY before the day before!!!!!
