i'm about to get done with the first 8 hour "office" work shift that i have worked in almost a year. i now do part time work for a meeting facilitator company and i was supposed to meet a group of pharmaceutical big wigs at the airport this morning, but the company decided to fire their receptionist over the weekend and needed a last minute temp

And I fear that I won't ever fully embrace the office environment, either. I really do like my office, but I can tell that the office thing just isn't quite right for me in general.

i know what you mean. it's not a bad place, but it has the potential. and it doesn't make me angry, but i definitely don't feel happy about working in an office. it kinda feels like a waiting room.
