Eduardo/Mark prince!Mark

I've seen a few Royalty AUs where Eduardo is the Prince but I'd love to see a Royal Mark. Anything whatsoever would be fantastic, but here's a little idea I had.
Mark is not the next in line for the throne or anything - his father/mother is the King/Queen's younger sibling and his cousins are in line for the throne before him, so he may have the title of Prince but really, he prefers not to use it. And no-oone really knows what he looks like because when he was younger there was some security risk that meant his family moved away and all but disappeared from the public eye, so he attends Harvard sort-of incognito. And IDK but eventually the press finds out and Eduardo is all hurt and stuff happens? Whatever.

Well for him to have the title of prince his grandparents through his father would have had to have been King/Queen when he was born.
I love the prompt though! I can see it - maybe Mark's cousin is getting married so Mark has to go to the wedding and he's just like "my cousin's getting married, I'll be back in a week" to Eduardo and Chris and Dustin but then they see him on TV/a newspaper in the royal wedding party labelled as Prince Mark and they're all WTFing all over the place. And Eduardo likes Mark in formal clothes.
Or, or Mark doesn't go to the wedding and there's some kind of terrorist plot that leaves Mark's dad as King and Mark as next in line to the throne.
Or maybe there's no royal wedding at all. What do I know, I'm just an anon. Please someone write this!

So I used my family tree maker to design the hypothetical royal family (based on the Danish Royal family, so Mark will be Prince of DenMARK. I know, I am fucking hilarious) in this case. I WILL NOT WRITE THIS THO. SOMEONE ELSE CAN TAKE OVER

Okay, so I might be currently working on something for this but my computer is also currently living at the campus IT place to be repaired, so I'm writing it out by hand (old-school, woooo). Ergo I can't promise anything prompt. But yeah. I tried to resist. But I cannot. Also I'm really bored without a computer so it's giving me something to do. Anyone else can feel free to go ahead as well.
Some little boys grow up believing their mommies are princesses who can banish ghosts from underneath the bed and slay monsters in the closet. The same little boys know their fathers are superheroes who can lift up cars, put away the bad men, and still be home in time to read from their favorite story books.
And then there are little boys who have princesses for mommies and real heroes for fathers.
But it is not a fairy tale, not at all, for princesses have "duties" and "responsibilities" that take them far far away from their little boys and heroes are heroes because they put themselves in the line of fire. And sometimes, too many times, heroes don't get come home to read bedtime stories to their little boys.
"No my god," Dustin sudden squeaks. Mark and Eduardo both turn to see Dustin holding open a card. Mark lunges at Dustin but the Dustin jumps back, cackling as he reads out: "Please eat something. Anything. Love, Mummy."
"Aww," Chris says. Eduardo thinks the same thing, but he has bites down on his tongue. Mark has now pushed Dustin off the bed and onto the floor, trying to take the note back. Stuff is falling from on top of them, but Chris and Eduardo are both content to do nothing more than watch.
"Want to order a pizza?" Chris asks Eduardo, still hugging the caviar. "I wanna try something…"
Eduardo pulls out his cellphone, already thumbing through the contacts. "Sure. Cheesy bread?"
"YES!" Dustin answers, gasping for air as Mark tries to suffocate him with his decidedly subpar pillow.
