Just a quick update, mostly for those of you who were at our Rocky Prom at the Riverview last night. I'm ok, I just was a little on the dehydrated side and my blood sugar was a bit wonky. So here I sit taking a break from the last minute packing and the washing of bedding stuffs before moving tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I have enough help and trucks between my brother and his friend Tom, since they both have pickups. So,last weekend Lizzery, Julio and I were supposed to look at a nifty little 3 bedroom place. We even were there a few minutes before 10 am on a Sunday morning AFTER Rocky. What happens? After reading someone's LJ, I had to run out at lunch for a large iced chai...good drink for this 74 degree afternoon.

It also gave me a chance to view an AWESOME mullet. The long part of it was at least as long as my hair, if not longer.

So here I am attempting to put in a four hour shift today but if it's anything like the other Saturdays I've worked, I'll be here for more like 2.5 hours ( Read more... )

Had an ok day today, work was going as slow as all hell though. Got there at 10:30, then had a meeting with our fun committee. Seems we're going to "sponsor" an event for May for anyone in my department to go to Rocky.
