[Kate had said that if she wanted to know more about the boat in general, she should talk to Remy.

So Torin enters Sergei's looking for just this person. He was the bartender, Kate had said, but Torin had also heard Marco say he was the bartender.

Hopefully this man was the person she was looking for? She approaches the bar and sits down, fidgeting just the tiniest bit. It's busy tonight. Ah well.
