My thyme plant does really well. It even came through the hurricaine unscathed. My parsley, oregano, chives, and mint are thriving, though my rosemary plant is just limping along. I've had success in previous years with lettuce (esp. romaine), swiss chard, and broccoli. Eric loved going out to the garden in the morning to cut lettuce for his lunch sandwich, and both say that "garden" broccoli tastes much, much better than "store" broccoli.

Here's hoping the @#$% mono lets up enough that I can find some energy for my garden...

Thyme does well here. Mexican mint marigold does too, bees love it and it is a fine substitue for tarragon which does not grow well here (I've heard).
