No, I'm not planning one.

I want to do a lesson on 20th century genocides.  I'd like to focus on no more than 6.  When you think of the most important (or most emblematic) which ones come to mind?

I don't watch football much, but tonight's bowl game win was fun.

Was that Angelo in an ad for Rice?  I was washing dishes during a commercial break when I heard the boy child start yelling "Oh my God!  It's Angelo!  It's Angelo! In a lab!"

Just found out that one of my favorite former students has been accepted to Rice.  Yes, I did write her a glowing "as a Rice alumna" sort of recommendation. : )  She's so bright and positive and deserving--she's one of the New Orleans kids who came to Houston and blossomed, taking all AP level classes.
