To be honest I haven't read Turkish books in a while. Calikusu is on my list for over a year now. The last Turkish book I read was a translated Tolstoy owned by my sister. I need to buy Turkish books when I am in Turkey! :$ but if I get any titles I'll tell you :)

Read The Dubliners by James Joyce. It's f**king brilliant and the last few pages are pure magic. As in nobocdy ever wrote any better English.

Favourite book? Hmm...Probably be The Wind-up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami or The Defence by Vladimir Nabokov.

I'm reading Love in the time of Cholera by Gabriel Garcia Marquez and it's SOOO FABULOUS! I definitely recommend it!
