So I haven't written anything in a while... 2 months. My excuse is that I went to a 10 day conference for which I was on staff, and had to spend time with all my friends who I hadn't seen since Christmas. I had been planning on going on the Fell and Mountaineering Club trip to Scotland, but did not make it onto the list, because they had a limited number of spaces. OK so I haven't written anything in a while because I was pretending to work on my paper (in my head), and then I went on vacation and now I'm really working on my paper. So when I write my blogs I spend a lot of time on them: thinking about what I want to write about, well chosen words, the structure of the blog. Because I spend so much time writing a blog, when I accidentally close my fucking browser window, this means I have lost over an hour's worth of work.
