love is watching someone die

ok well, after looking through the past 180 entries of my friends page (I guess it has been that long since I've looked) I've decided to just ask a few questions because I honestly want to see what you all think. my computer went crazy the other day, so no pictures, sorry ( Read more... )

and thank you for answering it. Very interesting thoughts in your journal, they really make me wonder too. Definitely most likely the creepiest dream i've ever heard. Smiley face paper bags? holy cow. I can definitely imagine that in one of those movies. And the painting of life is very interesting as well. all your answers are..so thanks again.

1. Don't take yourself too seriously, competition is overrated, gossip is stupid, just be nice.
2. I write the occasional Lj entry, i write a lot of partial songs, or mostly phrases or stanazas that pop into my head, i have a bunch of those i write down, like partial poetry.
3. I'd hope I had a loving wife to hold my hand and lots of kids-- id hope that I was right with God
4. i hate that its the end of highschool, but i love hat its the beginning of college..if that makes sense
5. They vary and change, i forget them a lot, my dreams come true a lot.
6. it takes me nearly an hour of laying in bed to fall asleep no matter how tired I am, mostly thoughts and fears thinking about my future
7. it would be optimistic and hopeful, the beginning of something big

number 7 sounds so poetic
that would be interesting to see some of the quick partial poetry you write. Lj poetry? hmm..
i know what you mean about end of high school, start of college. i guess just right in the middle of it all. way too much anxiety.
"just be nice" isn't that an ad slogan now? i remember seeing it on a bench somewhere. thanks for answering.

1. I'm not sure if I know the meaning. But I do like to believe that life is a complicated, incredible thing that is very interesting to figure out ( ... )

Do you think its possible to truly "figure" out life? or is it way too complicated to grasp fully?
i definitely keep a bunch of journals as well, right now i have two notebooks and a little journal binder thing. I always take a notebook with me when i go out and i've filled up one of them already. its always nice recording random thoughts.
that whole "senior" thing is probably my most favorite part about being one. kids look at you crazy when you wear the senior shirt "whoooa leave him alone guys, he'll kill us"
dreams like that are horrible. which do you think is worse: dreams where you lose something or someone and then wake up, realizing you didnt lose, or dreams where you win something or someone and then wake up, realizing you never won?
i could definitely imagine your painting. some guy in the middle, total crazy "WTF???" face going on. thanks nicole.

1. I think people need to provide a need of living for everyone else. Help people, make others feel significant and loved, and in the end nothing else mattered other than the fact that you mattered to someone ( ... )

definitely sounds like a great meaning of life. "in the end nothing else mattered other than the fact that you mattered to someone." I hope people can see how much they matter to other people. I know you and my other friends matter so much to me.
thats interesting how you have to write something down if its kinda stuck in your head.
im not looking forward to that college finding new friends thing either.
dont you hate how dreams do that? a lot of psychologists think its events from the past day or so just moving into your subconscious. dreams are weird, thats all i know.
do you ever make up stories in your head right before you fall asleep? i've been doing that since i was a little kid. when i was younger i always wished pokemon were real so i'd imagine having my own pikachu. haha.
that art thing made me laugh. art. amen. thanks for answering.

1 I usually go by, 'Life in ever breath." - Breath. And help people as far as you can, though that is pretty ambiguous..
2 Mostly they are just random accounts of what I've been doing, sometimes with song lyrics. I would like to put some poetry in but..
3 "I hope everyone's all right, 'cause im outta here".
4 I'm not 100% what a senior is, last year before university? That was pretty kool really.
5 Usually ones where I'm trying to defend someone, or someone I know well is ill.
6 Roadworks outside my house. heh, nah. Mostly thoughts of the coming day, and how much I actually enjoy being in bed.
7 Half would be a solitary figure in the dark with lots of purple around, other half would simply be ubiqutous bright light.

did you come across my journal through pinbackattack? you definitely are awesome in my book if you like pinback.
Life in every breath. So much easier said than done. Total awareness is hard to come by but it is something to strive for.
journal entries with song lyrics is a good idea. whatever reinforces what you are saying.
by senior i meant yes, before going into college or universities. i am enjoying it, but i dont like all the hassle of it.
do you see yourself as a protector type personality?
when i was younger, there was a railroad near my house and that always kept me awake. Sleep is a great great thing.
so your painting would serve to prove some kind of duality of perspectives and life? thank you for commenting, and nice to meet you.

Yeah I just stumbled on this whilst very bored browsing, but it was good stimulation, thanks. Hope you don't mind me actually posting, I kina got the feeling this was mainly your 'personal' friends as opposed to anyone who might pop out the ether and post.
