i do not have personal disaplin when it comes to food, i would like to just eat whatever, but know after the years i have started to realize i need to watch what im eating, which is really annoying. oh man
its been 3 days and i came to realize how much i hurt.
i have done nothing but sit in my bed and sit on this computer and i worked but that doesnt count.
i told my self that i would not get sad
but i am. and i just realized that i have no desire to do anything.
wow.
things need to change.
