i know how you feel. i always see and hear things that make me think about my ex, and i get this lonely empty feeling. i WISH i hated him, because it would make things so much easier. just remember the advice you gave to me a couple weeks ago, and instead of feeling sad when you think of the memories, try to put yourself in the mindset to feel happy that they happened. cliche, i know, but it'll make things a little easier to deal with.
