Several weeks ago now, I got some virus. All of spring break I was sick. The Friday of spring break, I drove to Kansas City for a food outing with Gabe, Colleen, Jessi, and Jason. Last weekend I took a trip out to Ankeny to celebrate Jessi and I's birthdays. The two of us plus Colleen spent the day together eating terrible things and playing games. My birthday really was a good one :) I received lots of online wishes. Ben showed up Thursday with the cool new hutch. My kiddos loved that he came to talk to them about Singapore and Vietnam. The last month and a half has been much nicer for Josh and I. We had Thanksgiving with Aunt Pam and the family. Then, we had Thanksgiving at our place with Mom, Pam, and Lonnie. I had so much fun at the festival yesterday and at James's for P90X. I was hardly in sight of the Salsa Des Moines tent at the festival before my favorite dance partner, Kelly, was calling me out to dance.
