Hey Ames, have you had any positive experiences with sugar-free candy or desserts? You may remember my encounter with the sugar-free peanut butter cups...i.e. the 24-hour earthquake.
yes! i love sugar-free desserts, but you have to do them in moderation. try no-sugar-added ice cream. i don't think that will hurt your stomach too much. or no-sugar-added eskimo pie bars, those are really good. (they're no-sugar-added rather than sugar-free because you can't really take the sugar out of milk without doing creepy stuff to it
( ... )
p.s. i dreamt last night that cassy called me after the date she had last night (the date actually happened) and told me, "the date went well...I did everything I could while technically remaining a virgin."
hahahaha. Cassy you liar. in my subconscious, that is.
I also dreamt that I had a pair of ice skates made out of the same material as my new purse, and now I want those skates....
By "hurt your stomach," do you mean "fart Handel's Messiah"? Because that's what happened to me after I ate the PB cups. Except this chorus did not end for 24 hours. And I was studying the whole time. And I was praying that no one would intrude on my little study cove, the aroma of which would have killed anyone else outright though I had become inured to it by slow exposure.
The things they use in sugar free things now are these large molecule non-breakdownable things that taste sweet in the mouth but pass through the body instead of being absorbed... (I think they're alcohols?) so the earthquakes could be from your digestive processes not liking the non-digestible things.
Wow, way for me to be vague and non-descriptive. sorry.
