I think all of the girls' names are lovely, though I'm not sure they are bullyproof - largely because they are so lovely. Girl bullies tend to have horrible names like "Brandi" and "Tammy" - names so common and debased that they practically show parental neglect. Christabel and Helena are likely to incite envy. Sylvia and Mercy will have to protect them - they strike me as the ones who will have a little edge to them.
All of your boys except for Dashiell are going to get the shit kicked out of them by Rusty and Cody on the playground while Bobby and Donny hold him down. Dash would be safe as long as he went by the abbreviated form. However, your boys would also have cool names, names that will score LOTS of chicks in college, when the allure of "Rusty" will have worn down to a thin nub of nothing - and besides which, nothing cultivates the spirit of medieval masculinity like learning to fight at an early age. I say go for it. Just make sure to start them on white crane kung fu soon after birth.
i like christabel for some reason. the rest sound like old lady names. and the guy names...well, it doesnt look so good. they are nice names, but im sure they will evoke teasing.
as to the girls' names, i hate the first two, but that's just me. excepting christabel, i think they're "safe" (and christabel is easy enough to shorten into an "acceptable" nickname... though you might not want that!). and i love helena.
i really like a lot of your guys' names, but i think you (and others who've commented) are right about most of them. the ones that i see as particularly problematic are a bit different, though - i think julian, gideon, and dashiell, and maybe even crispin, cassian, and milton are fine. the main "problematic" ones, for me, are anselm, florian, and (particularly) lysander. :-/
also i have really boring taste in names, personally, so don't listen to me too much. my favorite guy names are things like kyle and alec.

and i loooove the name syliva. I DID NOT EVEN NOTICE HOW MUCH I LOVED IT UNTIL YOU POSTED THIS.
and lysander reminds me of 'a midsummer night's dream,' which might be where you got it from?
and i love the name julian for a boy.
sylvia and julian. i just decided for you. aren't you thankful to have such a weight off your shoulders now?
