Accept the compliments. Nice people compliment when they know it's an occasion that everyone dressed up for. Because they compliment when you're dressed up doesn't mean that you're "not pretty" when you don't. Just say "thanks" and remember how good you look.

And by the way, Trista, I have always considered you one of the most exotic looking and beautiful girls I have ever known. No lie.

Thank you very much, you make me blush. I do except the compliments...i guess its just hard sometimes. Thanks for the advice too I try to tell myself that, but helps to hear it from other people, you never do listen to yourself... I haven't figured out why.
