For once I find myself siding with the U.S. Supreme Court’s conservative majority……not unheard of ground for a moderate but still, kinda unique! Apparently, there was a rather draconian statute in Washington D.C.s municipal statutes that prevented gun ownership in city limits, short of trigger lock or disassembly or non-ownership.
