The only thing that makes this much of a break at all is the fact that I don't have to wake up to teach. Plenty past assignments to grade though. Maybe I'll be a little more lenient because I'm in such a good mood and I've put that shit off for weeks now anyway.

Why the fuck did you move to America? Go buy yourself some scotch and get laid, and you'll warm up just fine. I come from Türkiye, and even there, winter doesn't hold off for shit with it's slushy rain/snow mix 4 months of the year. Everyone needs to suck it up and dress warmer if it bothers you that bad.
