I always get the "You're so funny" and after awhile a friend is like "Wow, no one would ever guess but you're really sweet!" and I feel deflated. So then I feel compelled to drop F-bombs a bit more. Really, though, how sweet can a girl be who says "cock" instead of "penis". I think that can be a litmus test: sweet girls don't say "cock".
