My fiance and I have done this Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video the past 2 days. Amazing how 20 minutes of intense cross-training can make my muscles this sore! I take it that the fact that I can't stand up out of a chair on my own means it's working.

its a killer workout and I cant wait until i can do it again (I screwed my calf up pretty badly the first week from poor form during jumping jacks! So I am taking it slow for a bit)

Isn't it great? My favorite part is that it's a good overall workout (my sore muscles today can attest to that!) and it's only 20 minutes. I measured us yesterday to see if we lose any inches by the end of the month.
