After working for 6 months straight @ a crappy job, I'm finally able to start the countdown to the next step. I'm really becoming a fan of the south & I'm sure I'll be so so SO happy moving to Georgia. I have a roommate, I have a new home in Savannah, I'm ready to stop working in a china shop, & I'm ready to go back to school. So, where's January 5th?

My first Thanksgiving away from Leominster was...beautiful. No snow, 70 degrees, sunny, shorts, a light sweater, a view of the lagoon, & 8 people to share a 15 lb. turkey. We went to the Gillis' estate on Hilton Head Island, who are from Fitchburg, so it was almost like I was back in the Twin Cities, but much better b/c we actually weren't. I've ( Read more... )

my trip to boston was pretty wonderful. i saw just about everyone i needed to see, but didn't end up going 1/2 the places i wanted to. i felt like i was imposing @ some points, but i think i felt like that b/c everyone was busy while i just moseyed around. i can't wait to be busy w/ school again; being busy w/ work & things around the house gets ( Read more... )

The house in Leominster is finally gone. A cute couple from the area bought it in hopes of starting a family. What a wonderful house to pick way on top of Elm Street.
