It has, yet again, been a crazy long time since my last post. Sometimes I think time moves too fast... it just goes by without event, there are no bells and whistles to indicate the passage of time... all the stuff that never gets done... sometimes it's too much and I feel like I'm drowning.

WOW! It certainly has been a long time since I posted anything and I know everyone is expecting a nice long entry about what's going on with me but I'm not going to do that. Mr. Lezak's official residence is our hotel... though he only lives there about 2 months out of the year. One of these 30 day spans of time starts around the week before Christmas and ends a couple of weeks into January (at which time he makes his rounds to Illinios, South Dekota, Nevada, New Mexico and California before he starts the whole thing ( Read more... )

Those little irritations, like someone calling at 5AM to get directions to the hotel from somewhere out in the middle of nowhere, sometimes turn into a nice smile and an offer of a cup of coffee and a lesson is learned that not all good things come in pretty packaging with a bright red bow on top.
