"The purpose of this paper is to examine the methods Card uses to construct this story of a guiltless genocide, to point out some contradictions inherent in this scenario, and to raise questions about the intention-based morality advocated by Ender’s Game and Speaker for the Dead."
I didn't read the whole thing because I'm lazy, but the whole point of the end of Ender's Game and beginning of Speaker for the Dead is that it is not "guiltless" xenocide. By writing The Hive Queen and the Hegemon, Ender anonymously conveys his guilt and condemns himself throughout the Hundred Worlds. This person's assumptions in their introduction seem flawed to me, but maybe reading the whole thing would change that impression.
Usually, I wouldn't be this loquacious but I just re-read Ender's Game, Ender's Shadow, and am in the middle of Speaker for the Dead.

Okay, I read a little more and had to quit again. The logic throughout is crummy. If he wanted to argue that the plot of Ender's Game is contrived, well, duh.

That being said, I like to read dissections of moral quandries. Philosophically, I'm not sure I ever made-up my mind regarding "intent" vs "act".
(Thanks for the link tuxmatt.)
