so in my head my suitcase (which has been neatly tucked away in the cupboard for nearly a year), seems to have been imagined as double its actual size. i have managed to get all gifts in... now i have to find somewhere for the clothes and shoes

oh good luck with the bag.. how many shoes do you need? it'll be hot!!! head packing is the best, always makes things go smoothly when it comes to the final run :)

i say you wear all the clothes you need on the plane - you said you liked layers, no one said anything about how much the actual person weights.
