drew left for texas yesterday morning.. it was extremely hard and i had to work a double at joe's which made things even worse.. but i got this delivered to me at the end of the night and it was the only thing that put a smile on my face =]

i got promoted to retail manager & front of house manager/supervisor at joe's on top of already being a certified trainer :D

so today [ after i replaced my run with endulging in too many bad foods :) ] i got invited to go run in a 10k next weekend in charlotte,nc with noelle!! a 10k isn't as much of a fear for me as the 1/2.. the 10k = a little over 6 miles.. not bad. however, b/c i didn't plan on doing this i'm sure i got scheduled to work next weekend.. esp. since i am ( Read more... )
