Lonely. So be alone. Feel every emotion of it, become it, and then grow from it. The worst thing you could do is ignore it and let it creep up on you from time to time. Just let it be you, surrender yourself to it. Be lonely. The only way you can let it go is if you live it and forgive it.

I get asked a lot by people why I am not in a relationship or haven't been in one in awhile. The answer is simple, I can stand stronger on my own two feet without someone there to weaken my knees.
