Putting too much personal information on Facebook isn't a good idea. I recently heard of one person who was reprimanded by her employer because she said that she believed in Fairies on her Facebook. The idiocy of such a reprimand aside, Facebook is a popular site for employers to visit to look for information about their employees or prospective employees. With these TOS, Facebook can provide the information to whoever they want, including organizations with acronyms nobody never heard of. That said, there was a rather large outcry about said TOS and they're currently examining possible revisions. I don't have much hope for them, though. I would only include basic information you would want an employer to know on a facebook site. No addresses, hometowns, personal interests, etc. Just employment capabilities and a Facebook-dedicated contact email.
