In case you don't know, here's the skinny on what happened on Sunday. I had just left the Starbucks at bradlick and was going towards the beltway on bradock turning left onto backlick (going towards springfield mall). I was less then a small car's space away from the intersection (the white lines of the cross walk) when the light turned yellow, so
