I feel kind of lost. Empty even. Like I want to los weight so bad but no matter how badly I want it my body seems to take over my mind set and eat. It's weird. I'm fat and I feel it every second of every day but my body wants food so bad. I can't stand it. I'm so weak, I haven't slept in days.
