I'm in an extremely calm mood. I like it. I'm not so incredibly stressed out as I usually am. Its interesting to just sit and explore yourself. I know that probably sounds very dumb, but it does make sense. Just sit, close your eyes and think. Over look everything you've done that day. It helps me only because I look back and I'm able to justify
